MLO is a boutique corporate/commercial law firm, where we assist our clients with all aspects of their day-to-day business. We have experience in the areas of employer-side employment law, commercial financing, corporate debt and equity financing, residential and commercial real estate (purchases and leases), and represent a number of clients in the growing New Brunswick IT field.

Brian Maude, the founder of MLO, has lectured to the Law Society of New Brunswick Bar Admission Course on Landlord & Tenant law for a number of years, as well as to the Université de Moncton law faculty on advocacy.  Brian also teaches commercial law at Mount Allison University.
