About Brian
Brian practiced law in Calgary, Alberta
before coming back to Moncton in 1999. He founded
Brian has given the Landlord & Tenant
law section of the
New Brunswick Bar Admission Course Brian was appointed an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court of New Brunswick in September 2007. His is currently the Vice President of the Moncton Area Lawyers Association, and served as Vice-Chair of the New Brunswick Appeal Board on Teacher Certification from 2002 to 2005. Brian is published in the Alberta Law Review and was recently profiled in the Canadian Bar Association's National Magazine. Brian is currently a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Moncton Area Lawyer's Association.
