MaudeLaw is a boutique corporate/commercial law firm whose main office is located in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. Our aim is to be recognized as a dynamic, versatile and successful business which sets the standards to which others aspire. We take pride in our ability to devise innovative and commercially viable solutions to complex problems. We understand our clients' businesses and are always willing to challenge orthodox views.
Brian Edward Maude founded MaudeLaw in 2003. Our office has been profiled twice in the Canadian Bar Association's National Magazine; each time highlighting our office's cutting edge use of technology and unique practice.
Our clients include businesses and individuals in information technology sectors, entertainment and media, education, finance and commercial property with interests on three continents. We provide our clients with advice and services in English & French, at offices in Moncton and our affiliated office in Paris France
